| Open to qualified APF registered athletes. All athletes must have a current APF membership card
and provide proof with a printout copy of your membership card OR present it on your smart phone at weigh-ins. Everyone MUST purchase an APF membership PRIOR TO WEIGH-INS. We will not be selling APF cards at weigh-ins.

| Must have one piece lifting suit or wrestling suit. (Mandatory) Raw is belt and singlet ONLY

$75.00 - All entry fees must accompany entry form, to
the meet director, no later than August 23, 2019. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to all entries received POST
MARKED after August 23, 2019. **Fees are Non-refundable.

Awards will be given to the first three places in
each
men and women’s division. There will be “BEST LIFTER” awards
as followed by formula:
